What a check does not cover
- A visual check does not guarantee hidden or internal quality, authenticity, compliance, performance or suitability.
- We do not certify that a document is legally valid or genuine.

Started from a real procurement problem
Dacro Logistics is a division of Dacro Holdings Limited, based at Sameer Business Park on Mombasa Road, Nairobi. We began when moving goods bought from several suppliers turned out to be slow, uncertain and full of phone calls.
We built the logistics partner we wanted: one team to tell where the goods are and where they must go. We coordinate the supplier, check the agreed details, arrange suitable transport through our partners and confirm delivery. We aim to build lasting relationships with businesses that need dependable logistics support.

How do I request a quote?
Fill in the quote form with your route, goods and phone number. We reply on WhatsApp within minutes with your quote.
Can you collect goods I bought?
Yes. We organise collection directly from your supplier or an agreed collection point, subject to the route, load and supplier readiness.
Can you check goods first?
For selected jobs, we can carry out checks agreed in advance, such as visible condition, stated quantity, specified details and available paperwork.
Do you use your own vehicles?
We work with a network of transport partners to carry out deliveries. You deal with Dacro Logistics throughout. We coordinate the job, follow it up and stay your point of contact until delivery is confirmed.
How do I pay for the transport?
Payment is on delivery. The terms are stated in your written quotation, which you approve before anything is booked.
Do you pay the supplier?
No. You pay the supplier directly for the goods. We do not receive or hold purchase money.
Does checking guarantee quality?
No. Checks are limited to the agreed scope and what can reasonably be observed. Hidden defects may need a qualified inspector.
What if the goods do not match?
We contact you about material discrepancies and follow your instructions under the agreed terms before proceeding where practical.
How is transport priced?
Price may depend on the route, vehicle, load size and weight, handling, waiting, access and urgency. You approve the written quote before anything is booked.

Clear terms
Privacy notice
We collect only the details you enter: route, goods, vehicle preference and contact details. We use them to review your request, prepare a quotation and contact you. We keep a record of each request, with its date and time, so we can follow up and answer your questions later. The details are also placed in a WhatsApp message to our team, so WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply too. Photos and documents you send are used only for your job. Contact us to ask what we hold or to have it removed.
Quotes, cancellation, waiting time and failed collection
Each job is confirmed by a written quotation stating the route, goods summary, vehicle assumptions, fee breakdown, scope, exclusions, validity and payment terms. No booking is confirmed until you approve the quote and availability is reconfirmed. Cancellation, waiting-time and failed-collection terms are provided with your quotation.
Claims, damage and disputes
Tell us as soon as possible and keep any photos. We review what was agreed in your quotation together with the collection and delivery evidence.
